Yvette Steele is Vice President Technology Talent, Strategic Partnerships and National Expansion for SnapIT Solutions and Founder of DEI Insider. With more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry she has been responsible for driving results in key roles to include sales, marketing, workforce development as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She draws on her wealth of knowledge and expertise to help organizations realize the promise of a diverse workforce by implementing strategies that eradicate the barriers that many face in launching and thriving in their careers, maximizing their potential, and integrating inclusion into day-to-day interactions.  Her belief that Inclusion is Everybody’s Job That Anybody Can Do was the catalyst for her book, “Impactful Inclusion Toolkit: 52 Activities to Help You Learn and Practice Inclusion Every Day in the Workplace.”  She serves on the DEI Advisory Committee for YMCA-USA and formerly on the Tech Advisory Board Steering Committee for the National Urban League in addition to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Task Force for Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
